国际电气与电子工程师协会（IEEE，The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers，）通过严格评审程序，于2006年11月19日的主席团会议后，公布了2007年新当选的IEEE Fellow。我校机械制造系统工程国家重点实验室主任、电信学院系统工程研究所所长、特聘教授管晓宏因其在系统优化调度领域的杰出学术成就，当选IEEE Fellow。
IEEE是全世界最大的国际学术组织，拥有近40万会员，在电力、电子、信息等领域有巨大影响。IEEE Fellow是该组织授予会员的最高学术荣誉，目前我国内地的IEEE Fellow有30位左右。 管晓宏教授多年来在系统优化调度、网络信息安全等领域做出了重要贡献，得到了国际学术界的高度认可。
