1993获得美国SMU (Southern Methodist University) 计算机博士学位。先后在SpectraVision，Bell Northern Research (Nortel), Alcatel USA, DataExchange, BI-Soft 等公司从事网络通讯，无线通讯网络，统一消息系统，以及数据库应用的研究，开发与管理工作。

1：集成开发环境实例。（集成开发环境Integrated Development Environment，简称 IDE，也有人称为Integration Design Environment、Integration Debugging Environment）是一种辅助程序开发人员开发软件的应用软件。

Description:
-Designs, implements, documents and maintains product components.

-Assists in development and implementation of test related activities for assigned product components.
-Performs functional test development from test specifications.

? Software Engineer – Dev
Locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an
Description:
-Specifies, designs, implements, tests, and maintains platform-independent, complex software system components such as high-end multiprocessing client-server relational database product components.
-Duties involve working on, or integrating with, emerging Internet technologies and components, applications, and transaction servers, as well as RDBMS internals (such as query processing, access methods internals, transaction management, database administration internals, process management, and networking), SQL programming, C/C++/Java programming (including data structures), debugging tools, software management utilities and tools, networking in Unix or NT environments, process synchronization, and development and delivery of new features.
-Works under general supervision and/or with a team on assigned tasks and/or projects of moderate complexity. Designs and implements algorithms for assigned tasks. Develops quality software to general specification. Executes development assignments to include design of conceptual approach, coding and debugging. Assists in designing software systems detailed specifications. Determines the time estimates and work plan necessary to achieve the goals for building, testing and maintaining the product.

? Software Engineer--ASE Porting & System Management Development
Locations:Xi"an,Beijing
Description:
Join a talented group responsible for porting Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE), the flagship database product at Sybase, to different platforms based on business strategy.
Also, develop and enhance system management tools on Eclipse as well as Sybase Central, a Sybase internal GUI framework. The system management tools are used to monitor, diagnose and manage ASE. These positions present unique challenges of requiring knowledge in various areas including Operating Systems (Solaris, Linux, Window), Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, Web Services), Databases, Performance (benchmarking and performance tuning), System Management Tools and Open Source Technology to develop and enhance ASE and system management tools.
Job Responsibility:
Port ASE from existing platforms to newly identified platforms
Exercise pre-defined set of test suites and work with QA team to validate the port
Develop and enhance various system management tools to achieve easy manageability of ASE
Work with other ASE teams to support new database functionality in system management tools
Develop Eclipse and Sybase Central plug-ins for ASE management administration tools
Develop installer for ASE prodcuts
Qualification:
Master degree or higher in Computer Science with solid development experience in engineering
Be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp overall framework and functionality of existing software and have the ability to continue develop and enhance the product
Solid experience on debugging and developing software based on existing functional specification
Familiar with software development cycles
Enthusiastic about understanding and developing complex systems
Responsible and motivated in project completion and ownership
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Solaris, Linux (Red Hat & SuSE), AIX, HPUX, Window
Solid development experiences in C, C++, and Java a must. Knowledge of assembly language preferred.
Development experience using SQL language a must. General knowledge of database concept and database internal is desirable. Sybase Adaptive Server experience a strong plus.
Experience in porting application to different platforms is a plus
Experience in GUI tool development and Eclipse plug-in development strongly desirable
Understanding the concept operating system including memory management, job scheduling,multitasking, and Input/Output subsystem
Experience and knowledge in system management tools including command line as well as GUI a plus
InstallShield Multi-platform (ISMP) experience is a plus .
Knowledge of web application including Tomcat, SOA, JMX, XML, HTML, Web Services, etc. is a plus.
